I=E2=80=99m excited to announce that we (Bao-Chau Pham, Fredy Alberto Mora G=C3=A0mez= , Sarah Davies and I) are inviting submissions for panel #047. We would be delighted to receive paper proposals addressing questions such = as: What does reflexivity (co-) produce in our research? How can reflexive, self-referential methods and research practices enact ca= re ethics?=20 How can our research practices make power relations more visible and move b= eyond mere theoretical deliberations? How can reflexivity be translated into practice?=20 Can reflexive techniques provoke consciousness about how we work together a= s (heterogeneous) research teams, and inspire us to create alternative space= s? =20

We welcome contributions at any stage from finished papers to work in progr= ess, and from academics at all stages to participate in a more-than methodol= ogical discussion. We particularly encourage contributions that experiment w= ith form and presentation of their scholarly argumentation, as well as work = that investigates the nexus of reflexive methods and care practices.=20

Abstracts can be submitted via this link: https://easst2022.org/openpanel.a= sp

The deadline is February 1st.

We look forward to bringing a wealth of research topics and questions toget= her to collectively reflect on how we enact spaces, research identities, and= care with our academic practices.

All the Best,
