Stephan Scheel and I (Jasper van der Kist) are organising a workshop for EISA
EWIS called 'Being Political? Navigating Criticality and Dissent With(in) and
Beyond Science and Technology Studies' on 2-4 July 2025.
We invite contributions that foster and deepen debates between STS-inspired
approaches and those of borders, migration and security studies. If you are
interested in discovering how these different fields inspire each other and
exploring the frictions that can come up, please apply! The Abstract
Submission Deadline is on 11 February 2025.
