We are pleased to announce that you can register for the upcoming 4S Seattle
2025 conference on our new conference platform .
Registration is now open for the 4S-Seattle Meeting September 3rd-6th, 2025.
We welcome you to create a new profile in the conference platform to initiate
an active membership, if you haven't already done so. Purchasing a membership
will give you access to reduced registration rates ,
so be sure to become a member first choosing the level at your own
discretion.
We have kept the fees as low as possible – the same as 4S-Honolulu in 2023
– despite increased costs of running a hybrid conference in the context of a
contract that is a pre-pandemic legacy; note that fees are still on a sliding
scale according to region and job status. You can find out more about our
member rates, how they relate to regions and look at the entire fee matrix on
our website .
Early registration closes Thursday May 1st, so register soon for the best
rates. We are very aware of the financial and travel uncertainties that many
in the U.S. and around the world are facing. Like all academic societies, 4S
is also impacted by these uncertainties, and therefore we would appreciate you
registering as soon as you can.
All presenters must register. The registration fees are the same whether you
plan to join us online or in person, so you can wait to make that decision if
you are still uncertain.
