<br>our team is hiring! We at Technische Universitt Berlin - Faculty VI -
<br>Institute of Sociology / Sociology of Politics and Governance are
<br>looking for a Research Assistant (0.5 working time).
<br>
<br>The project "Schmeck! Practices and aesthetics of eating in the quest for
<br>sustainable foodways" offers a second position as research associate
<br>in a 50% part-time arrangement. The project is a pilot project in
<br>qualitative-sensory "citizen science".
<br>
<br>Working field:
<br>
<br> Coordination of the research process in an extended project
<br>team with 20 amateur researchers and scientific and artistic partners
<br>
<br> Concept, training and coordination of sensory-ethnografic
<br>research and taste experiments
<br>
<br> Contribution to the articulation of project results, e.g. in
<br>form of a "slightly different cookbook" and a reflection on the
<br>transdisciplinary research process
<br>
<br>Requirements:
<br>
<br> Successfully completed university degree (Master, Diplom or
<br>equivalent) in sociology, anthropology, cultural studies or
<br>comparable disciplines
<br>
<br> Experience in leading and moderating collaborative
<br>processes in heterogeneous teams
<br>
<br> Given expertise or capability to work up the state of debate in
<br>methods of sensory ethnography, aesthetic experiments and
<br>transdisciplinary research
<br>
<br> Good English language skills are desired
<br>
