Job offer: Behavioural Economics for the Energy Transition
Dear all, <br> <br>The Joint Research Centre of the European Commission is looking for a new <br>colleague with a background in behavioural economics, cognitive sciences, <br>sociology, behavioural sciences or socio-economics and knowledge of energy, <br>resources and sustainability. The successful candidate will: <br> <br> <br> Be part of a multi-disciplinary team working on the social dimension <br>of the energy transition necessary for meeting the long-term EU climate and <br>energy vision for climate neutrality in a fair and just way <br> <br> Apply concepts of behavioural economics and cognitive science in the <br>energy and climate domain; from household energy decisions to policies for <br>climate neutrality <br> <br> Assess consumer behaviour related to social and technological <br>innovations in the energy field (e.g. smart meters and appliances, electric <br>and autonomous vehicles, energy communities, social incentives, acceptance of <br>low carbon tech & innovations) <br> <br>More information about the position is available <br>here (or <br>contact me directly). <br> <br>The application process can be started from: <br>http://recruitment.jrc.ec.europa.eu/vacancy-for-auxiliary.php?inst=ETC&pid=14 <br>71.
