Dear all,

The Laboratoire Interdisciplinaire Sciences Innovations Sociétés (LISIS [1], UMR CNRS 9003) is seeking to appoint a postdoctoral researcher (24 months, possibly renewable) to join a five-year European Research Council-funded project (Synergy Grant) "NanoBubbles [2]: how, when and why does science fail to correct itself?".

The postdoctoral researcher recruited will carry out research on the role of journals in error correction/propagation. For further details see:

https://emploi.cnrs.fr/Offres/CDD/UMR9003-MARNOE-001/Default.aspx?lang=EN

Applicants should hold a PhD in STS or related fields (history, sociology, political sciences, communication sciences, etc.). A successful candidate will be familiar with STS concepts and theories; experienced in quantitative research methods and/or digital humanities; interested in working in an interdisciplinary and collaborative research environment [3] and in engaging with other knowledge cultures; able to work independently and as part of a team.

Applications must be submitted online via the CNRS platform [4]. Deadline for applications is June 7.

Please could you circulate the offer to your networks, and encourage potential candidates to contact myself (noel@ifris.org) if they have questions.

Best regards,

===
