Invitation to Panel Discussion: What is Health Equity?

We are very happy to announce that the Technical University of Munich (Germany), Imperial College London (UK), and the Aswan Heart Center (Egypt) will host the following event
What is Health Equity? An Interdisciplinary & International Panel Discussion about Genetics, Epigenetics and Health Equity
When: May 30th 17:30-19:00pm (CEST)

At this event, scholars from a range of disciplines and global locations will discuss how we can better understand and work towards health equity in biomedical research fields, such as genetics and epigenetics. We will particularly explore current inequities across and within different societies in the Global South and North and how collaborations between the social sciences and biomedicine could contribute to improving the usefulness of biomedical research for health equity struggles.
