Dear colleagues,
As part of the 72th Conference of the International Communication Associati=
on,
which will be held in Paris from May 26th to May 30th, 2022, the Center for
Interdisciplinary Research and Analysis of the Media (CARISM, U. Paris 2)
and the Centre Internet et Soci=C3=A9t=C3=A9 (CNRS) organise a pre-conferen=
ce on
Alternative content regulation on social media. The pre-conf will be held
at University Paris 2 Panth=C3=A9on-Assas on May 25th, 2022.
It intends to gather researchers from various countries and disciplines
around case studies related to civil society initiatives to influence
platforms=E2=80=99 moderation policies and exert speech policing online.
