We have received a stunning 405 Open Panel proposals for the EASST-4S conference Making & Doing Transformations, 16-19 July 2024 in Amsterdam. Many thanks for your enthusiasm and creativity in putting together such an abundance of exciting panels! The organizing committee is taking up the challenge to try and accommodate all fitting proposals.
We have rapidly extended the Program Committee to be able to review all panel proposals within the planned timelines. We have also increased the number of requested rooms for parallel sessions by nearly 50% - we’re hoping to get these confirmed very soon.

Are you considering attending the conference? Please don’t wait until your abstract gets accepted but book your stay as soon as possible. Even if you are only half sure you will come, please book accommodation now with a cancellation option. Summer is peak season in Amsterdam, and there will be other large events taking place in the same period. Therefore we expect a run on accommodations.
