CALL FOR PRE-SELECTION OF CANDIDATES FOR THE ATRACCIóN DE TALENTO CAM
POSTDOCTORAL GRANTS 2020.
The Autonomous Community of Madrid (CAM) has announced the 2020 call
for support to 4-year and 5-year postdoctoral contracts at
universities and public research institutions in Spain, within the
program /Atracción de Talento/, for recently granted PhDs and starting

AS APPLICANTS NEED TO BE ENDORSED BY A SPANISH INSTITUTION, THE
INSTITUTE OF PUBLIC GOODS AND POLICIES (IPP) OF THE SPANISH NATIONAL
RESEARCH COUNCIL (CSIC) HAS OPENED A SCREENING PROCESS TO IDENTIFY AND
ENDORSE OUTSTANDING CANDIDATES. WHILE THE RESEARCHERS NEED TO FILL OUT
THEIR OWN APPLICATION ON THE WEBSITES ABOVE MENTIONED, IT IS NECESSARY
THEY FIRST CONTACT DIRECTLY WITH THE IPP RESEARCHERS WHO MAY BE
POTENTIALLY INTERESTED IN ENDORSING THEM.
THERE EXIST TWO MODALITIES OF APPLICATION: JUNIOR, 4 YEARS (MOD. 2)
AND SENIOR, 5 YEARS (MOD. 1).
AT THE IPP WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO HOLD THE REQUISITES OF
MOD. 1 ONLY. THESE ARE:
- PhD thesis defended between 2008 and 2015
- Minimum of three years of pre- or post-doctoral experience
outside Spain.
- Affiliation in a non-Spanish institution during two out of
the past three years.
Post-docs should join R&D projects and teams to develop their own
activity under the supervision of a CSIC permanent researcher. We
