<br>
<br>We are interested in recruiting faculty to join a vibrant and growing
<br>group of Information Systems and Technology Management scholars. The
<br>successful applicant can come from any aspect of the information and
<br>technology management field and would be expected to complement our
<br>existing research expertise, empirically and/or conceptually.
<br>
<br>The group works on four main research themes: 
<br>
<br>  * Innovation and Digital Strategy;
<br>  * Technology, Work and Organisations;
<br>  * Innovative Qualitative Methodologies in the Digital Age; and
<br>  * Technology, Practices and Policy
<br>
<br>The group publishes in world-leading and internationally excellent
<br>journals and conducts research with impact.   Further information about

<br>The successful candidate will be a research active academic who enjoys
<br>working in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.  They are expected
<br>to have a strong research track record in terms of publications in
<br>internationally-rated journals at the level of ABS 4 and 3. In addition
<br>to publications, the applicant should demonstrate success in research
<br>income generation.
<br>
<br>The successful applicant needs to have an enthusiasm for teaching and
<br>for collaborating with colleagues. They are expected to develop new
<br>courses and teach modules related to Business Analytics and Information
<br>Management. It is desirable for the applicant to have industry
<br>connections that can enhance the understanding of our students about the
<br>current employment scene, bringing in guest speakers for example, where
<br>appropriate.
