<br>The 15th Annual Estonian Philosophy Conference will take place at
<br>Tallinn University of Technology, Estonia on 30-31 August 2019.
<br>The program will consist of plenary invited talks and parallel sessions
<br>of contributed talks.
<br>We welcome contributions by philosophers from Estonia and abroad on any
<br>topic in Philosophy and its history.
<br>
<br>A special track will be devoted to this year’s theme:
<br>/The Digital Society: Philosophical Perspectives/
<br>
<br>Contributions to this theme are expected to address philosophical issues
<br>connected to the development and spread of digital technologies.
<br>This includes the social transformations and impact of emerging
<br>technologies, as well as the epistemological and ethical challenges that
<br>are raised by the advances in robotics, big data, algorithmic governance
<br>and artificial intelligence.
<br>Contributions that address more general topics in the philosophy of
<br>technology are also welcome.
<br>

<br>Abstracts should be sent by 15 April 2019 at the latest.
<br>
<br>Notifications of acceptance will be communicated by 1 May at the latest.
