Job: Postdoctoral Visitor in AI & Governance @ YorkU, Canada

Dear all,
Rob Gehl, Tesh Dagne, and myself are inviting applications for a Postdoctoral Visitor (PDV) in AI & Governance to work with us for 1-year (in the first instance). Deadline 20 December 2024.
We are three Ontario Research Chairs based at Yorks new Markham Campus, Toronto, in the Public Policy Research Cluster. The PDV position is funded with money from the CFREF initiative Connected Minds: Neural and Machine Systems for a Healthy, Just Society and will be based at the Institute for Technoscience & Society.
The PDV will be expected to collaborate us on research on the governance of artificial intelligence, broadly conceived, including assisting us with research activities and especially developing and writing research grant applications.
