The New Media & Society special issue on Digital Twinning (ed. by Wendy
Hui Kyong Chun, Tristan Thielmann, and Christoph Borbach) is now
available online, with most contributions in open access:
https://journals.sagepub.com/toc/nmsa/27/8

The special issue includes an array of excellent and insightful
contributions by wonderful authors such as Louise Amoore, Jussi Parikka,
Orit Halpern, John S. Seberger & Geoffrey C. Bowker, Oliver Dawkins &
Rob Kitchin, and many more. In total, the issue contains 14 papers
examining practices, theories, technologies, and histories of digital
twinning from different disciplines using a diverse set of methods.

Our co-authored editorial to the special issue (Borbach, Chun, and
Thielmann: “Making everything ac-count-able: The digital twinning
paradigm”) can be found here:
https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/full/10.1177/14614448251338289 (open

With best wishes, and have a wonderful summer, everyone!
Christoph
