Queen Mary University of London are advertising for a 3-year practice-based
design research post-doc. Were looking for someone with a strong portfolio of
practice-based design research and ideally with experience in health or care
contexts, and a PhD in a relevant field.
The role sits within a wider National Institute of Population Health programme
grant led by Prof Julia
Hippisley-Cox, focused on improving how medicine safety is communicated before and
during pregnancy. We imagine the research will be shaped by theoretical
perspectives such as STS, drawing on ideas like the co-production of
knowledge, more-than-human entanglements and the situated nature of risk
communication in healthcare.
