The Nuclear-Water Nexus: new edited volume with 25 contributors!

                Dear colleagues,

We are very excited to announce that our edited volume, The Nuclear-Water
Nexus
, is out now
with MIT Press!

The current heatwave in large parts in Europe, and particularly the cooling
problems that French nuclear power plants are facing (again) right now, remind
us that water is essential for producing nuclear power.

In The Nuclear-Water Nexus, we bring together 25 authors from 12 different
countries, and from all disciplinary as well as non-academic backgrounds. With
21 chapters, it’s a uniquely large and diverse volume. But that’s also
necessary to tackle such a complex and important issue.

The book is available for purchase here
. You can get a discount of 30%
with the code MITP30 on July 1, while the code READMIT20 offers 20% off
anytine after publication, if you have a US email address.
The book will also be available open-access soon!

Enjoy the (hopefully not too hot and dry) summer!

All the best,
Per Högselius and Siegfried Evens
