Dear all,
The College program at Universidad Católica de Chile invites applications
for a full time academic position at the level of assistant or,
exceptionally, associate professor. The selected candidate is expected to
develop high-quality undergraduate and graduate teaching, and to lead
autonomous and collaborative research from a social science perspective
focusing on some of the key issues world societies face in the 21st
century, especially in Latin America. Preferred areas of specialization
include:
- Territoriality, decentralization and new ruralities
- Globalization, migration and transnationality
- New modes of citizen engagement and social integration.
Although this is an open call, applications from people who approach these
topics from an STS perspective are very welcome.
