[To be shared] Last week to apply for IFRIS post-doctoral positions - New deadline: March 1st, 2020
The call of IFRIS for Postdoctoral Project is extended to March 1st, 2020

This extension will enable Doctoral colleagues to submit their project
in respect with the condition of their PhD defence. Unfortunately, a
mistake has been left in a copy/past of the message of the previous
year. Therefore, to be eligible, post-doc candidates should hold a Ph.D.
or doctoral degree as on the date of December 15th, 2020 (not 2019!) at
the latest and should have already fulfilled all the obligations for the
acquisition of their Ph.D. or doctoral degree.

In case the candidate do not have their degree by the date of this
submission, he/she should present a reference letter from their doctoral
supervisor certifying that he/she will hold his/her Ph.D. or doctoral
degree, letter is due before June 5th, 2020 at the latest. If an
applicant is selected but does not meet the deadline to obtain his/her
PhD, he/she will loose the benefit of his/her selection.

We hope that this extension will help our doctoral colleague to submit
and we do apologize.

Marc Barbier
IFRIS Director

**

*2020 Call for IFRIS post-doctoral positions*

------------------------------------------------------------------------

*CLICK ON THE FOLLOWING LINK TO START YOUR APPLICATION: *

http://labex.ifris.org/post-doc-application-gdpr/

------------------------------------------------------------------------

_*Useful dates*_

*Deadline for the receipt of proposal: March 1st, 2020 *

*End of pre-selection phase : March 30, 2020*

*Selection of the applications by the IFRIS Executive Committe and
decision transmission to candidate on July 10, 2020.*

*Four (4) post-doctoral positions* are available at the Institute for
Research and Innovation in Society (ifris.org
).

IFRIS welcomes science, technology and society scholars in all social
science disciplines: history, sociology, political sciences,
anthropology, economics, management sciences or law.

STS is understood in a broad sense of issues related to the production
and use of science and technologies in societies.
