<br>A PhD studentship co-funded by the Economic and Social Research Council and the Natural Environment Research Council is available at UEA for a project entitled ‘A history of the future: integrated assessment models and the evolution of climate change science and policy’. This is an interdisciplinary studentship which would be appropriate for someone with a background in STS or history of science, so please do pass it on to potentially interested students.

<br>The project aims to develop an historical account of the emergence, development and co-evolution of the major IAMs, as well as to experiment in making that historical knowledge ‘usable’ for practitioners at the science-policy interface.
