Ingmar is a sociologist of science, technology and environments, specifically focusing on data within situated & organisational practice. His qualitative research is concerned with the enactment of realities – ontic and ontological achievements interwoven with data, qualitative and quantitative, and their media. Empirically, he is interested in two foci: first, in techno-managerial practice in environmental management and governance, in particular in sustainability transitions; second, in STS’s research practices, the way STS researchers experiment or conduct with methods.
