Ivan Tchalakov is Professor at Department of Institutional and Applied Sociology, University of Plovdiv, and senior research fellow at Center for Policy Analyses and Studies of Technologies (PAST), Tomsk State University, Tomsk, Russian Federation. He is also affiliated at BAS Institute of Studying Societies and Knowledge.
Ivan Tchalakov is working in the fields of Sociology of Sciences and Technologies, Sociology of Knowledge, and Economics of Technical Change.|Tihomir Mitev graduated in sociology at Plovdiv University ‘Paisii Hilendarski’ in 2002. He completed his PhD thesis in Institute of Sociology at Bulgarian Academy of Sciences in 2008. He is presently working as assistant professor at the Plovdiv University and at the Science, Technology, Innovation research center. His main research interests are in the fields of STS, particularly in Actor-Netwok Theory and Large Technical Systems approach. He published both theoretical and empirical studies.
