Annalisa Pelizza is associate professor at the University of Twente. She works at the intersection of STS, communication science and political science. Her research interests are governance by infrastructures; performativity of data circulation; computational methods; sociology of translation and semiotics as methods. She holds a PhD in Information Society from the University of Milan-Bicocca and a MA in Communication from the University of Bologna. She worked with government and engineering companies, developing large-scale IT infrastructures.
