Stellenausschreibungen: Strukturwandel/Politikberatung Lausitz | IASS Potsdam
Werte KollegInnen, werte Mitglieder des Newsletters,
Das Institute for Advanced Sustainability Studies
Nhere

Dear colleagues and members of this newsletter,
the Institute for Advanced Sustainability
Studies (IASS) in Potsdam conducts research
of climate change, earth system governance and sustainability with the goal of
identifying, advancing and guiding transformation processes towards
sustainable societies. Its research practice is transdisciplinary,
transformative, and co-creative. It is funded by the German federal ministries
and the state of Brandenburg.
Right now we are offering three positions for the new research and policy
consulting project Sociostructural Change and Responsive Policy-Advice. The
project ist funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research
(BMBF) and examines the social structural dynamics, that characterize the
"exit from coal" on different geographical scales. It makes suggestions on how
cooperation processes can facilitate a democratically designed structural
change.
The research approach is derived from institutional interstices - a concept
describing the collaborative arenas between established political, economic
and civic institutions and their logics. Where do they hinder or enable
cross-sector collaboration - and how can they be shaped? What are the
structures and opportunities to do so?
The project and all positions are designed for three years. Please take note,
that German will be the main language throughout major parts of the project.
Further details on requirement profiles and application processes can be found
in the individual advertisements, that can be found here:
Project Assistant with Project Management tasks (CPA-2018-04, due:
2018-08-01)
Research Associate on regional cooperation and conflict relations

We appreciate your interest and forwarding.
