Shula Goulden

Shula Goulden is a post-doctoral fellow at the Faculty of Architecture and Town Planning at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. Following studies in geography and environmental planning and policy, she conducted her doctoral research at Ben Gurion University of the Negev (Sde Boqer, Israel) on the impact of building environmental assessment standards on environmental discourse and governance. Her current research, within a broader project on the ‘Water Sensitive City’, examines the problematisations of stormwater management within urban policy.
