We welcome contributions from people that <br>are deeply involved to concretize the above vision also as a <br>contribution to the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable <br>Development Goals (SDGs) to achieve, overall, a better learning for a <br>better world. <br> <br>This special issue is supported by the Association for Smart Learning <br>Ecosystems and Regional Development (ASLERD). <br> <br>----------------------------------------------------------- <br>*Topics of Interest* <br>----------------------------------------------------------- <br>Topics of interest include research papers that understand, conceive, <br>and promote innovative people-centric design and development methods, <br>education/training practices, informal social learning, and citizen <br>involvement.
