REMINDER: EVENT THIS THURSDAY - Another Scenography for Architecture:
Experience and a Renewed Empiricism

(with Prof Hlne Frichot, Dr. Keith Murphy and PhD students from MARG)

Dear all,

We would like to remind you that the PhD-led event of the Manchester
Architecture Research Group (MARG) will be held this Thursday (6th of June) at
the University of Manchester. In the morning we will have two keynote
presentations which will be delivered by the international scholars Prof
Hlne Frichot, KTH, presenting Creative Ecologies: Environment-Worlds,
Things, and Thinkables, and Dr Keith Murphy, UCI, who will present Critical
Empiricism in a World of Designed Things.

The afternoon will consist of presentations given by PhD students at the
University of Manchester who will present their research to our guests. The
aim of this session is to collectively explore specific aspects of their
research through the concept of experience, through the 'renewed empiricism'
of Bruno Latour.

The poster is attached.

The location for the event will be room 1.69/1.70 Humanities Bridgeford
Street, University of Manchester. Further information can be found on our
Facebook event here:
