the Human-Centred Design department:

The ad is quite detailed regarding the profile of the candidate and the
activitivities they will engage in. Summarising, it is likely that the
candidate will work with diverse audiences on projects connected to health,
ageing, and/or manufacturing industry. AICOS itself is an applied research
institute, with a mission to translate research results to industry, thus
the candidate will be responsible for leading research, write proposals,
and get industry projects to translate results.
Tenure occurs straightforwardly after few years with positive evaluations.
