CfP Intl Conference "The Right Use of the Earth" *deadline extended to 15 January*

Dear colleagues,

the deadline for contributions to our conference 'The Right Use of the
Earth' (follow this link or see
cfp below) has been extended to January 15, 2018.

It's an international conference at ENS Paris (29.5.-1.6.) that tries to
shed light on the multiple ways in which "the Earth" - understood as an
interdependent and limited whole that can and should to be managed - has
become an object of science and government.

Speakers include Katherine Richardson (University of Copenhagen), Erik
Swyngedouw (University of Manchester), Jorge Viñuales (University of
Cambridge), Anna Tsing (Aarhus University Research on The Anthropocene),
Ulrich Brand (Universität Wien), Philippe Descola (Collège de France),
François Gemenne (Sciences Po).

Please feel free to circulate this CfP widely.

Best regards,

For the scientific committee,
Stefan Aykut
