Registration for the International Digital Security Forum 2022 is open - Hybrid in Vienna, Austria and Online from 31 May to 2 June 2022 - Special Social Science track on 1 June!

Dear colleagues,

*we are happy to announce that the registration options for #IDSF22 - 
The International Digital Security Forum (IDSF) - are open from now!*

The forum will take place from 31 May to 2 June in the MuseumsQuartier 
Vienna and via livestream. The program for the forum can be found here 
, as well as attached to this mail. Of 
special interest for this list is a special-track on day 2, which covers 
the topic of “Understanding the Challenges of Digital Societies” and 
includes a range of interesting panels and speakers!

All persons wishing to participate are requested to register in advance 
on the conference web page, here 
. 
No registration fee is charged to participants, but all participants 
must register and are subject to selection. Side events such as focused 
tutorial workshops may require nominal fees which will be listed on the 
conference website.

*Venue in the Heart of Vienna + Live-Stream.*

#IDSF22 will be held as a physical event with a digital component. We 
are looking forward to welcoming you in person at the cultural hotspot 
MuseumsQuartier in the heart of Vienna. In case you are not able to 
attend on site, the programme can also be followed via live stream. We

*Safe, Green and Sustainable.*

In concord with the conference’s motto “Secure digitalisation for a 
safe, green and sustainable future”, we aim at organizing #IDSF22 
according to the Austrian Ecolabel for Green Events and at maximizing 
our efforts of hosting this event as green as possible. Accompanied by 
numerous measures, from choosing regional suppliers to resource saving 
at the venue of the event. We would like to invite you to support our 
efforts by means of environmentally friendly travel and waste avoidance.

_How to get to MuseumsQuartier_

Vienna is an exemplar city when it comes to green transport and is very 
easy to navigate through. The venue is easily accessible by public 
transport. We have listed transport connections within walking distance 
to the venue here

If you are traveling by car, we recommend carpooling to reduce your 
ecological footprint. You can offset the resulting CO2 emissions with 
compensation payments Please find a list of information providers in

_Waste avoidance and waste separation_

Please make sure to avoid waste and to separate and dispose of 
unavoidable waste accordingly.
