4S NOLA Graduate Student Volunteers

We still need graduate student volunteers to help out at behind the
registration table during the next annual meeting at the Sheraton Hotel &
Conference Center, New Orleans, LA Sept. 4-7.
In exchange for your volunteer service, 4S will reimburse your registration
fee. Volunteering is also a great way to give back to the association and
extend your professional networks. Plus, during your volunteer shift, you
may coordinate with the Registration Administrator and your fellow volunteers
to take in a session paper or two.
If you are interested in helping out, please READ CAREFULLY:
To submit your volunteer confirmation please reply to this email or send an
email to rickduque@yahoo.com with the subject heading reading "4S Registration
Volunteer".
Include in the text of your email the following five items: 1. Your full
name 2. Your email AND cell phone number (if traveling from abroad, just your
email). 3. Your arrival day and time to New Orleans4. Your departure day and
time from New Orleans5. Your time conflicts: day(s) and time(s) of sessions
you are presenting in or those you wish to attend. NOTE: Please DO NOT list
titles of sessions, just blocks of times you are unavailable.
You may refer to the preliminary 4S program at the following link: Program
