<br>We also invite proposals for tutorials. Tutorial submissions are due Sep. 13.
<br>FAT* tutorials will be in three categories: hands-on tutorials, demonstrating
<br>software packages for research in fairness, accountability, and transparency;
<br>translation tutorials, translating concepts in either direction between
<br>computer science and law, policy, and social science; and implications
<br>tutorials discussing known legal, policy, medical, or socio-economic effects
<br>of unfairness, lack of interpretability, data biases, or other computational
<br>challenges addressed by ACM FAT*.
